Following a sustained period of review, Mulligans Birmingham will close its doors permanently as of Wednesday 24th June.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our customers for their support and loyalty during our time in Romford.
Our focus over the coming weeks will be supporting our team members and communicating directly with customers regarding any relevant updates to bookings or operations.

Following an extensive period of review, Mulligans Birmingham will close its doors permanently as of Wednesday 24th June.
We would like to thank all of our customers and the local community for their support throughout our operation.
Our immediate priority is supporting our team members through this process, and we will continue to communicate any important updates directly with customers where relevant.

What will happen to my booking?
The team are working hard to reach out to all our existing booking holders to offer an alternative location or a refund. If you have not heard from our team, please email info.birmingham@mrmulligan.com and someone will be in touch shortly. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account.
I have a birthday party / group package booked, what do I do?

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account. Please ensure you have waited 7 working days from confirmation of your refund being processed. If you have still not received your refund, please contact info.birmingham@mrmulligan.com and a team member will be in touch.
I have a gift voucher, what do I do?
The team are working hard to reach out to all our existing voucher holders to offer a refund. However, if you would like to transfer your voucher to another location, please let us know. Only the remaining balance on your gift card is eligible for refund. Please email info.birmingham@mrmulligan.com and someone will be in touch shortly. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account.
